NTPC Green Energy Ltd. has announced the commercial operation of a 12.5 MW solar unit at its Bhuj project in Gujarat, effective October 17, 2025.Â
The project, with a total planned capacity of 37.5 MW, is being developed by Ayana Renewable Power Four Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd., which is wholly owned by ONGC NTPC Green Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of NTPC and ONGC.
Following this addition, the total commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group has reached 7407.475 MW, while its total installed capacity now stands at 7419.975 MW.
