Borosil Renewables Limited has completed its investment of Rs 178.2 million in Clean Max Prithvi Private Limited (CMPPL) in two tranches.
The investment follows Borosil Renewables’ initial acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in CMPPL for Rs 49,000, announced in September 2024. The company later invested Rs 35.6 million and Rs 142.6 million, receiving 31,058 and 1,22,797 equity shares, respectively, at a face value of Rs 10 each. Despite the fresh investment, Borosil Renewables maintains its 49 per cent stake in CMPPL.
CMPPL operates in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar and wind power projects. It is part of CleanMax, a renewable energy company providing sustainable energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
