Telawne Power Equipments Pvt Ltd secured a Rs 200 million equity infusion to accelerate growth and technological innovation. The investment came from Ramesh Jaisinghani, Promoter of Polycab India Ltd, through his family office Vyom, and Mastermind JPIN. Both investors contributed Rs 100 million each.
Managing Director Rakesh Telawne highlighted that this partnership strengthens the company’s financial position and supports its vision of adopting advanced technologies in the transformer manufacturing industry. Director Aboli Telawne added that the collaboration would help optimize operations and unlock growth opportunities.
Ramesh Jaisinghani expressed his commitment to supporting Telawne’s growth in India and internationally, leveraging combined expertise to expand the business.
