DCM Shriram invests Rs 571.2 million in hybrid renewable power project

JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited (JSWEL), has signed a definitive agreement with DCM Shriram Limited to establish a 68 MW wind-solar hybrid power project in Kota, Rajasthan.
The project will supply renewable energy to DCM Shriram, replacing the power currently procured from its 40 MW thermal power project.
Additionally, the Board of Directors of DCM Shriram has approved an equity investment of 28% stake and a capital expenditure (CAPEX) of Rs 600 million and Rs 230 million, respectively, for the project.
