Waaree Renewable Energy Technologies Limited (formerly Sangam Renewables Limited) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) to develop a 105 MWp solar power project on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis in India.
The LoI, valued at Rs 2,772 million, was awarded on January 20, 2025. The project is scheduled for completion in the financial year 2026.
