Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has secured a contract for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 300 MW AC (420 MWp).
The company received intimation of the order on March 10, 2026. The project has been awarded by a domestic entity engaged in renewable energy-based power generation. The contract has been classified as a commercial order and is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28.
Waaree Renewable Technologies stated that its promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
