Waaree group wins EPC and module supply orders in India and US

On January 19, 2026, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited secured a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for a solar project in Uttar Pradesh. On the same day, its parent company, Waaree Energies Limited, announced large solar module supply orders from customers in India and the United States.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited informed the stock exchanges that it has signed a contract for the execution of a 10 MWac / 14 MWp ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Uttar Pradesh. The project has been awarded by an industrial gas manufacturer and will be implemented on a turnkey EPC basis. The order value is approximately Rs 37.96 crore, excluding taxes. The company stated that the project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026-27.

Separately, Waaree Energies Limited announced that it has received two solar module supply orders. The company secured a domestic order for the supply of 210 MW of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) solar modules from a renewable power project developer in India. In addition, its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., received an international order for the supply of 2,000 MW of solar modules from a utility scale developer in the United States. The domestic supplies are planned for the financial year 2026-27, while the US order is scheduled for execution between 2028 and 2030.

Both companies stated that the disclosures were made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. They confirmed that the orders do not involve related party transactions and have been awarded on an arm’s length basis.
