Waa Solar Limited and Madhav Infra Projects Limited have executed multiple Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for feeder-level solarisation projects under the PM-KUSUM C Yojana.

Waa Solar Limited signed seven PPAs with a combined capacity of 48.15 MW. The company will supply solar power to MPPMCL at tariffs ranging from Rs 2.73 to Rs 2.75 per unit. The agreements have a tenure of 25 years from the Scheduled Commissioning Date.

Madhav Infra Projects Limited executed nine PPAs aggregating to 73.15 MW. Power will be supplied at tariffs between Rs 2.71 and Rs 2.73 per unit, with a similar 25-year tenure from the Scheduled Commissioning Date.

Both companies stated that the contracts have been awarded by a Government of Madhya Pradesh undertaking. They also confirmed that neither their promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority, and the agreements do not qualify as related-party transactions.

The projects are part of the PM-KUSUM C Yojana, which focuses on feeder-level solarisation to support renewable energy adoption in the agricultural sector.
