Members of Vikram Solar Limited have approved three changes to the company’s board of directors through a postal ballot, with results announced on February 20, 2026, according to an exchange filing.
Shareholders approved the appointment of Suresh Gopinathan Menon as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Menon retired as Senior Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services and brings 36 years of experience. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Poona and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras.
Joginder Pal Dua was appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term ending November 30, 2030. Dua has more than three decades of banking experience, including roles as General Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce and Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Allahabad Bank.
The board also approved the re-appointment of Neha Agrawal as Whole-Time Director for a three-year term starting March 22, 2026. Agrawal has over 14 years of experience in solar module manufacturing and leads international business strategy and corporate governance at the company.
