TPREL and Canara Bank partner to promote rooftop solar systems

Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) has collaborated with Canara Bank to promote rooftop solar adoption under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
For systems up to 3 kW capacity, loans of up to Rs 200,000 are available with a 10 per cent margin, no collateral, a 7 per cent annual interest rate, and a 10-year tenure.
For systems between 3 kW and 10 kW, loans up to Rs 600,000 are offered with a 20 per cent margin, no collateral, a 10 per cent annual interest rate, and a 10-year tenure.
