Fujiyama Power Systems raises stake in Zayo Energy and Zayo Cables
Fujiyama Power Systems Limited has approved the acquisition of an additional 31% equity stake in Zayo Energy Private Limited (ZEPL) and Zayo Cables Private Limited (ZCPL), increasing its shareholding in both entities to 50%.
