SJVN reports net profit of Rs 4,399 million in the Q2 of 2024-25

SJVN Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024 (Q2 FY25), reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,399 million, a slight increase from Rs 4,396.4 million in the same period last year.  The company’s total income rose by approximately 16.48% to Rs 11,084.3 million, up from Rs 9,516.2 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Hero Future Energies wins 120 MW in SJVN’s FDRE-2 tender

Hero Future Energies Limited (HFE) has secured 120 MW of capacity in the SJVN Limited firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE)-2 tender, with a tariff of Rs 4.25 per kWh.  This is HFE’s seventh FDRE bid win in the last 18 months, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing India’s energy transition by providing affordable and reliable green power.
