Sembcorp to build 300-MW wind-solar hybrid project for NTPC

Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries has been awarded the contract to build, own, and operate a 300-MW wind-solar hybrid power project for NTPC, as part of NTPC’s 1.2-GW renewable energy bid.  The project will connect to India’s inter-state transmission system and is scheduled to commence commercial operations within 24 months. Sembcorp Industries secures wind-solar hybrid project from SECI

Sembcorp Industries, through its subsidiary Sembcorp Green Infra, has won a 150 MW wind-solar hybrid project from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
