The Central Government has initiated the development of 4,000 MW solar power projects in Rajasthan, with the foundation stone laid on December 17, 2024. The projects include: Pugal Solar Project (2,450 MW): Phase-I and Phase-II (1,000 MW each): Located in Soorasar village, Pugal tehsil, Bikaner.
