Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL) has issued an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the development of 60 grid-connected solar power systems under Component A of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) scheme. Centre inaugurates 975 MW solar project by ReNew in Jaisalmer

The Central government inaugurated the 975 MW/1,300 MWp Rajasthan Grid-Connected Solar PV Power Project (Tranche IV) in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on April 17, 2025.  The project has been developed by ReNew and is spread across multiple villages in Pokran and Bhaniyana tehsils.
