PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) transferred Kudankulam ISTS Transmission Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) on January 10, 2025.  The SPV will oversee the development of the transmission system under the Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) for evacuating power from Kudankulam Unit 3 and Unit 4 (2×1000 MW).
