Tata Power sets up Odisha’s first integrated distribution control centre
Tata Power has launched a new power distribution technology centre (PDTC) in Bhubaneswar to enhance real-time monitoring and control of electricity distribution across Odisha. This facility is the first integrated state-level control centre in India’s power distribution sector. The PDTC manages live operations of 250 SCADA-enabled primary substations in central Odisha.
