Ganesh Green Bharat wins Rs 571.2 million solar projects contract

Ganesh Green Bharat Limited has secured a Rs 571.2 million contract from Kirloskar Solar Technologies Private Limited for developing 40 MW solar power projects across multiple states, including Maharashtra.  The contract, awarded on December 19, 2024, involves the supply of non-DCR monocrystalline PERC solar photovoltaic modules for the projects.

MNRE increases solar module capacity under ALMM by 2.09 GW

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has expanded the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) by adding 2,094 MW of solar module capacity, bringing the total capacity to 58,422 MW.  Major additions include SAEL Solar P6 with 2,065 MW and Grew Energy with 29 MW.
