PFC completes transfer of two transmission SPVs to winning bidders

Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) has completed the transfer of two wholly owned subsidiaries held through its subsidiary, PFC Consulting Limited, to successful bidders. The transfers were finalised on February 3, 2026, following completion of the bidding process.
