SEC charges Adani executives in solar project bribery case

Adani Green forms JV with TotalEnergies for Gujarat solar projects

Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has completed a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with TotalEnergies. As part of this JV, TotalEnergies has invested USD 444 million to acquire a 50 per cent stake in AGEL’s solar projects at the world’s largest renewable energy plant in Khavda, Gujarat.
