Synergy Green signs supply agreement with Envision Energy for wind turbine castings

Synergy Green has signed a supply agreement with Envision Energy India Pvt Ltd to manufacture wind turbine castings.
Envision Energy operates a 3 GW per annum assembly facility in Pune, where it is currently producing EN-156 3.3 MW turbines. The company has already installed over 1.5 GW in India, with an additional 7.7 GW in its order book.
Based on future volume projections, Synergy Green expects to achieve over 10,000 MT per annum capacity utilization from Envision Energy over the next three years.
The product development phase is expected to take approximately six months, with serial production slated for the second half of FY 2026.
Synergy Green has previously developed similar parts for industry giants like Vestas and Siemens Gamesa, and these parts are currently in serial production.
Synergy Green manufactures large, critical castings for wind turbine parts at its advanced facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The company has established a strong reputation as a reliable supplier to leading global wind OEMs.
