Suzlon wins 100.8 MW wind project order from Sunsure Energy in Maharashtra

Suzlon Energy has secured a new contract from Sunsure Energy to supply and commission 48 wind turbines in Maharashtra. The project will be set up in the Jath region.

Each turbine is rated at 2.1 MW, using Suzlon’s S120 model with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower. The total planned capacity is 100.8 MW.

Under the agreement, Suzlon will handle supply, equipment installation, and full project execution. This includes erection, commissioning, and post-commissioning operation and maintenance services.

The order was confirmed on April 17, 2025.
