Sunkind secures 570 MW solar project from Maharashtra government

Sunkind has announced securing a 570 MW solar energy project from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (Mahagenco) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY 2.0 scheme). 

The project includes a 569 MW EPC component and a 10.4 MWp ground-mounted solar PV agriculture feeder system at Satmane in Nashik, aimed at enhancing agricultural power distribution in the region.

Sunkind’s CEO Hanish Gupta noted that the project will improve agricultural productivity through reliable power supply and serve as a model for future renewable initiatives. Financial details were not disclosed.
