In Odisha, Sugs Lloyd won three contracts from Tata Power subsidiaries — TPSODL, TPNODL, and TPWODL. These cover new electrical connections, network expansion, and modernisation of power infrastructure at multiple voltage levels.
The company plans to raise about Rs 85.4 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) of 59 lakh equity shares. It received in-principle approval from BSE SME Exchange in May 2025.
