Skipper secures Rs 1,305 crore transmission and distribution orders
Skipper Limited has secured fresh orders worth Rs 1,305 crore for power transmission and distribution projects across domestic and international markets. The orders include transmission towers and monopoles for transmission and distribution (T&D) projects in North America, along with two 765 kV transmission line projects from a domestic developer.
The new orders add to Skipper’s business in both export and domestic markets. The company manufactures power transmission and distribution structures and undertakes Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects involving 765 kV transmission lines and substations.
Sharan Bansal, Director of Skipper Limited, said the orders across domestic and international markets reflect the company’s execution capabilities and technical expertise. He said the company was particularly encouraged by renewed momentum in its export business, with orders from developed markets gaining traction in line with expectations.
Bansal added that sustained order inflows reflected investments in transmission infrastructure, grid expansion and renewable energy integration in India and overseas. He said the company remains focused on scaling its business through disciplined project selection, efficient execution and a balanced domestic and international mix.
Financial performance
Skipper reported consolidated revenue of Rs 13,098 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, its highest-ever first-quarter revenue and an increase of 4.5% year-on-year.
EBITDA increased 10.2% year-on-year to Rs 1,401 million, while the EBITDA margin expanded by 60 basis points to 10.7%. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 26.5% to Rs 565 million, with the PAT margin improving by 70 basis points to 4.3%.
