Serentica partners with Envision Energy for 560 MW wind project

Serentica Renewables has partnered with Envision Energy India for the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) for its upcoming 560 MW wind project.
The project will use Envision’s 5 MW smart WTGs, with deliveries scheduled to begin in February 2026. Installations will be located across multiple states, including Karnataka and Maharashtra.
According to Serentica Renewables, the project forms part of its strategy to provide round-the-clock renewable power to industrial consumers and support sector-wide decarbonisation.
Akshay Hiranandani, Chief Executive Officer of Serentica Renewables, said the partnership will help advance renewable energy goals by supplying reliable green power to industries and reducing carbon emissions. RPV Prasad, Managing Director of Envision Energy India, said the collaboration highlights the role of high-capacity turbines in supporting India’s net-zero ambitions.
