Senvion and Inox Neo secure wind power orders in Gujarat

Senvion India has won a contract from KP Energy Limited to supply 20 wind turbine generators (WTGs) of its 4.2M160 model, part of the 4XM platform. The turbines will be deployed at a hybrid power project in Bharuch, Gujarat. Deliveries are set for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26.
Senvion India will supply, oversee installation, and provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services to support long-term reliability and performance.
Separately, Inox Neo Energies Limited has secured 50 MW under the Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) Wind Phase-IX auction. The auction covered 250 MW of grid-connected wind projects across the state. Inox Neo had bid for 100 MW and received 50 MW at a discovered tariff of Rs 3.66 per kWh. This is the company’s first participation in a wind power auction.
