The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has invited proposals to select an agency for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for Green Hydrogen Hubs under the National Green Hydrogen Mission.
The call for proposals, dated September 17, 2025, is part of Component-B1 of the mission, which aims to develop large-scale hydrogen hubs supporting India’s clean energy transition.
The selected agency will prepare DPRs covering site assessment, renewable energy potential, infrastructure needs, and project feasibility. A total financial support of Rs 28 crore has been earmarked for DPR preparation, with a maximum of Rs 3 crore per state.
Each hub must have a planned hydrogen production capacity of at least 100,000 tonnes per year. The proposals will be evaluated based on technical capability and land availability.
