Saatvik subsidiaries secure Rs 35 crore in new solar orders

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its subsidiaries have received and accepted two new domestic orders covering engineering, procurement, and construction services and solar module supply.
In the first order, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, has secured a turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract valued at Rs 20.84 crore. A domestic solar developer has awarded the order and covers design, engineering, procurement, supply, testing, and commissioning of a solar power project. The company stated that execution of the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2026.
In a separate development, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the company, has received an order worth Rs 13.80 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order was placed by a domestic independent power producer (IPP) and EPC player and is expected to be completed by February 2026.
