Saatvik Solar subsidiary secures Rs 44.1 crore PV module order

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted an order worth Rs 44.10 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order is scheduled for execution by March 2026.
In a regulatory disclosure, the company stated that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity. The customer has been described as a prominent Independent Power Producer (IPP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) player. The name of the awarding entity was not disclosed.
The order falls under the commercial category and involves the supply of solar PV modules. Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited is responsible for executing the contract and is expected to complete deliveries by the end of March 2026.
The company confirmed that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. It further stated that the promoter, promoter group and group companies do not hold any interest in the awarding entity.
