Saatvik Solar secures Rs 9.63 crore domestic PV module order

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has informed stock exchanges that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted a domestic supply order valued at Rs 9.63 crore for solar photovoltaic (PV) modules from an independent power producer and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player.
In a regulatory filing dated February 6, 2026, the company said the order involves the supply of solar PV modules and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The contract has been categorised as a commercial order. Saatvik Green Energy stated that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and that the promoters of the company have no interest in the entity placing the order.
The company said the order is scheduled to be executed by February 2026.
