Purvah Green Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of CESC Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from CESC for developing 300 MW Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected wind-solar hybrid power projects in India.

The projects were part of a bidding process initiated by CESC in November 2024, offering a greenshoe option for an additional 150 MW capacity.

The scope of work includes land identification, project installation, and securing necessary approvals and connectivity with the ISTS network to supply power to CESC.

A power purchase agreement (PPA) will be signed for a 25-year term. The projects are expected to be completed within 20 months of the PPA signing.
