Power Mech secures Rs 266 crore O&M contract in Maharashtra
Power Mech Projects Limited has secured an operations and maintenance (O&M) contract from Adani Infrastructure Management Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Adani Group, for a thermal power plant in Maharashtra.
The contract, valued at Rs 266.26 crore excluding goods and services tax (GST), covers key performance indicator (KPI)-based O&M services for the 2×300 MW thermal power plant located at Butibori in Maharashtra.
The contract period is 60 months, commencing from July 1, 2026, and continuing until June 30, 2031.
According to the company, the order is domestic in nature and does not qualify as a related party transaction. Power Mech also stated that none of its promoters, promoter group entities, or group companies have any interest in Adani Infrastructure Management Services Limited, the entity awarding the contract.
