PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has invited bids for selecting a transmission service provider (TSP) to develop “Transmission system for proposed Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia projects in Kakinada area, Andhra Pradesh (Phase-I).”
The bids will be processed under the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) model on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis. The Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on March 4, 2025, and the last date for submission is May 6, 2025.
PFCCL was appointed as the bid process coordinator (BPC) for this project during the National Committee on Transmission (NCT) meeting in December 2024. The project itself was approved in an earlier NCT meeting in September 2023.
