PFCCL and REC PDCL invite bids for transmission projects in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra

PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has invited Request for Proposal (RfP) bids for the selection of a transmission service provider (TSP) through a tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis for the Augmentation of transformation capacity & Implementation of line bays at Mandsaur S/s for RE Interconnection. The bidding process commenced on March 11, 2025, with the last date for submissions set for May 16, 2025. PFCCL has been appointed as the bid process coordinator (BPC) for this project.
Similarly, REC Power Distribution Company Limited (REC PDCL) has invited RfP bids for the selection of a TSP for the Network Expansion scheme in Maharashtra for removal of Transmission constrains in Pune Region & providing supply to Data Centre Loads and the Establishment of 400/220 kV Velgaon Substation (GIS). The bidding process started on March 13, 2025, and will close on May 16, 2025. Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL) has appointed REC PDCL as the BPC for these projects.
