Pace Digitek doubles BESS manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh
Pace Digitek Limited has doubled its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh following the commissioning of an additional 2.5 GWh production line by its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited.
The expansion increases the group’s installed BESS manufacturing capacity from 2.5 GWh to 5 GWh, one year after it began BESS manufacturing operations. According to the company, the additional capacity will support execution of its growing order book, project pipeline and product supplies for utility-scale as well as Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications.

Over the past year, Pace Digitek said it has manufactured more than 300 utility-scale BESS containers, representing around 1.5 GWh of battery energy storage capacity.
The company expects the new manufacturing line to improve production flexibility, planning and delivery capabilities while enhancing operational and cost efficiencies.
