Oswal Pumps Limited reported strong financial performance for the third quarter and the first nine months of FY26. For the nine-month period ended FY26, total income rose to Rs 15,692 million, reflecting a 47.0% increase compared to the same period last year. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 2,837 million, translating into a margin of 18.1%. In Q3 FY26, total income reached Rs 5,077 million, up 33.4% year on year, while PAT was Rs 916 million.

Chairman and Managing Director Vivek Gupta said the performance was driven by steady project execution under the PM-KUSUM scheme. He noted that competitive pricing continued to exert pressure on margins, but sequential improvement was achieved through value-engineering measures. The company reported an order book of over 24,500 pumps and a near-term pipeline exceeding 25,000 units, supported by ongoing government initiatives promoting solar-powered irrigation.

Oswal Pumps is a vertically integrated solar pump manufacturer with a legacy of over two decades. The company manufactures a range of solar pumping systems and is listed under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM). It also holds ISO certifications covering quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems.
