NTPC Group reached a significant milestone by achieving 300 billion units (BU) of power generation on December 8, 2024, in FY 2024-25, marking the fastest-ever achievement in just 252 days.Â
This accomplishment is 10 days earlier compared to the previous financial year when the company crossed the 300 BU mark on December 18, 2023.
The company currently has an installed capacity of 76.5 GW, with over 29.5 GW, including 9.6 GW of renewable energy, under construction. NTPC aims to achieve 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2032.
