The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) has dismissed the petition filed by Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) seeking the execution, enforcement, and implementation of the commission’s order dated December 29, 2023, in RP No. 03/2023 in OP No. 08/2021.
During the hearing, KSEBL’s counsel informed the commission that the petitioner was not pressing OP No. 10/2025 due to subsequent developments. Meanwhile, the counsels for the respondents argued that they had not received a copy of the petition.
Considering this, the commission directed the receiving officer to immediately serve a copy of KSEBL’s execution petition to the respondent counsels. Additionally, KSEBL was instructed to provide digital and physical copies of the petition to all respondents’ counsels.
KSEBL was also directed to submit a written statement supporting its oral submission. Following these directions, the petition was dismissed as withdrawn.
