KEC International Limited has secured new orders worth Rs 12.36 billion across its transmission, substation, and cable businesses.
The company won contracts for transmission line and substation projects in the Middle East, covering the UAE and Kuwait. It also secured a substation order from a private player under tariff-based competitive bidding in India. Additionally, KEC received orders for supplying various types of cables in both domestic and international markets.
Meanwhile, Transrail Lighting Limited has won a Rs 2.4 billion contract for constructing a transmission line in the international market.Â
Transrail Lighting, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) player, has operations in 59 countries and continues to expand its year-to-date order book.
