KEC International Ltd. has won orders worth Rs 11.14 billion. These include:
Transmission & Distribution (T&D): Orders include a 400 kV transmission line project in Oman and supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.
Cables: Orders for various cables were secured for supply in both domestic and international markets.
Civil: Orders were secured in the industrial segment in India, diversifying the business’s customer base.
Railways: The company received an order for Metro Overhead Electrification (OHE) works in India, enhancing its presence in the metro segment.
Managing Director and CEO Vimal Kejriwal highlighted that the Middle East order strengthens the company’s position in the region, adding to prior successes in Saudi Arabia and UAE. He also emphasized the diversification achieved in the Civil business and growth opportunities in metro rail electrification.
Year-to-date, the company’s order intake stands at approximately Rs 146 billion, a 50% growth compared to the previous year.
