Jyoti Structures Limited has received a notification of award from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited for extra high voltage (EHV) transmission line modification works linked to the Mumbai Coastal Road Project. The company disclosed the order to stock exchanges on Monday.
The contract is valued at Rs 88.33 crore, excluding goods and services tax (GST), and is to be executed within 12 months from the date of the letter of award.
Scope of workÂ
The scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of all line materials and equipment. It also covers survey, soil investigation, foundation works, and erection of towers and monopoles.
Further activities include stringing, testing, and commissioning. The project will be executed on a lump sum turnkey (LSTK) basis.
Transaction classification
The company stated that the order does not qualify as a related party transaction. It also confirmed that neither the promoter nor any group company has any interest in Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited.
