Inox Clean Energy Limited (Inox Clean), through its subsidiary Inox Neo Energies Limited (Inox Neo), has acquired 250 MWp of operational solar projects from SunSource Energy Private Limited (SunSource), a subsidiary of Netherlands based SHV Energy.
A further ~50 MWp acquisition is under review. The projects, located across 13 states, supply power under long-term agreements to commercial and industrial clients, including Britannia Industries and Hitachi Energy.
This purchase supports Inox Clean’s goal to reach 3 GW of renewable capacity by FY26-end. The company, part of the INOXGFL Group, is building an integrated platform combining solar manufacturing with power generation. CEO Bharat Saxena stated the acquisition is a key step in providing clean energy at scale and toward medium-term targets.
