Chinese energy storage provider Hithium has entered into a global partnership with Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction Group to capitalize on the increasing demand for energy storage solutions.
This collaboration is expected to encompass around ten gigawatt-hours (GWh) of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity, strengthening their project pipeline.
The agreement, formalized at Hithium’s headquarters in Xiamen, China, will combine Hithium’s energy storage expertise with Samsung C&T’s construction capabilities to offer comprehensive solutions.
The partnership aims to streamline supply chain processes, enhance resource sharing, and improve competitiveness in the global market.
