H.M. Electro Mech Limited has received a domestic work order valued at Rs 275.27 million from Twinsag Enterprise LLP for Balance of System works for multiple solar power projects in Maharashtra.
The order was awarded on January 30, 2026. It covers an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Balance of System (BoS) works for setting up 32.4 MWp Solar Photovoltaic (PV) power projects at Songir, Jamkhed, and Arthe. The project sites are located at Village Songir, Jamkhed, and Arthe in Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes the complete design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 32.4 MW DC solar PV project on a turnkey BoS EPC basis. The project’s execution timeline is six calendar months from the order date.
H.M. Electro Mech stated that the contract is a one-time domestic order and does not involve any related party transactions. The company also confirmed compliance with disclosure requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. It clarified that promoters and group companies have no interest in the client entity.
