GRE Renew Enertech secures Rs 12.95 crore EPC solar project order

GRE Renew Enertech Limited has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Ajita Sil-Chem Private Limited for setting up a captive solar power project, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The project involves the development of a 4,032 kW direct current (DC) or 3,000 kW alternating current (AC) grid-connected captive ground-mounted solar power plant on a turnkey basis. The contract is valued at Rs 12.95 crore, inclusive of applicable taxes.
The order was received on March 25, 2026, in the ordinary course of the company’s business. The project is scheduled for completion within approximately six months, as per the agreed timeline.
GRE Renew Enertech stated that the order is routine in nature and does not involve entry into any new line of business. The contract follows standard commercial terms. The company also clarified that no promoter, promoter group, or group company has any interest in the transaction, and it does not qualify as a related party transaction.
