Envision Energy signed a framework agreement with Purvah Green Power Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of CESC Limited, on June 4, 2025. The agreement covers the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) for setting up 1,000 MW of wind power projects across India.
The deal includes supply, commissioning, and a 10-year operations and maintenance (O&M) contract for the WTGs. The projects will be installed at multiple locations in India.
Earlier this year, on January 9, 2025, Envision signed a similar agreement with Juniper Green Energy Private Limited. That deal covered the supply of WTGs and battery energy storage systems (BESS) for renewable energy projects across the country.
