CleanMax has secured Rs 400 crore in pre-IPO funding from 360 One Asset Management. The capital will support promoter stake consolidation ahead of the company’s planned public listing.
The stake was acquired from Augment Infrastructure and the Danish Investment Fund. The funding is structured as a three-year instrument at 13 per cent interest, with repayment expected through IPO proceeds. A portion will also be used to reduce existing debt.
The company is likely to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) later this year. The funding round, which included undisclosed marquee investors, signals market interest in CleanMax’s business model.
CleanMax serves corporate and institutional clients in India and Southeast Asia, offering solar, wind, and hybrid energy solutions. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its financial position and expand its operations.
