Ceigall India forms SPV for 220 MW Morena solar project

Ceigall India Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited, to execute a 220 MW solar project in Madhya Pradesh. The entity was incorporated in India on February 13, 2026, as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for a project awarded by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd.

The Letter of Award (LOA), dated February 9, 2026, relates to the development of Unit 1 at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh, with a capacity of 220 MW. The company stated that the subsidiary will operate in the renewable energy sector.  

In a separate disclosure, Ceigall India Limited announced the incorporation of its step-down subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Ceigall EPC Global Contracting Limited Liability Company (LLC) has been registered under the laws of Dubai on February 12, 2026, with the Department of Economic Development in Dubai, following board approvals granted in November 2025.

Ceigall EPC Global Contracting LLC will undertake general contracting and infrastructure projects, including road construction, sewage and drainage systems, water pipelines, electric power lines, bridges, and power stations. It has a capital of AED 300,000, divided into 300 shares of AED 1,000 each. The investment is being routed through Ceigall Global Pte. Ltd., the company’s wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, which holds 100% shareholding in the Dubai-based entity.
