Bondada Engineering Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai-based Bryanston Renewables FZCO to jointly develop green-powered data centres in India and select international markets. The agreement was formalised on February 11, 2026.

The MoU sets out a non-binding framework for collaboration between the two companies. It envisages the creation of data centre project packages that are ready for development or deployment, targeting domestic and international investors as well as data centre operators. The partnership will focus on integrating green energy sources into the digital infrastructure value chain.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the strategic rationale for the arrangement aligns with policy priorities outlined in the Union Budget 2026. These include accelerated expansion of digital infrastructure, fiscal incentives for energy-efficient and green data centres, promotion of domestic data storage capacity, and support for renewable-powered digital ecosystems.

Bondada Engineering, which operates across infrastructure, telecommunications networking, solar energy, battery energy storage systems, and data centre mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, described the collaboration as a strategic move into the digital infrastructure segment. The company stated that it will update stakeholders on material developments as they occur.
